What to include in your request

When you get in touch, include the instrument model and serial number, a description of the issue or the service required, and your location. This helps the team assess the situation and respond with the right guidance quickly.

What happens next

The team will confirm what is needed and provide a quote if applicable. For repairs, a diagnosis may be carried out remotely first to identify the issue before the instrument is shipped or a site visit is arranged. No work is carried out without your approval on cost and scope.

Servicing

Routine servicing helps maintain instrument performance and extends the operational life of the equipment. If your instrument has not been serviced recently and you are unsure what is needed, the team can advise on the appropriate service schedule for your model and usage level.

If you bought through a distributor

If your instrument was purchased through an authorised distributor, contact them first for service and repair. They handle local support in their territory. If the work needs to be carried out at Ellutia's facility, the distributor will coordinate with the Ellutia team.

Specific services

For 7000 GC Flowmeter recalibration, use the dedicated recalibration request form on the Ellutia website. For ECD wipe testing, order a wipe test kit from the Ellutia store. For ECD disposal, request a disposal quote through the Ellutia website.
